Sacred Cedar Incense Stick
“The Cedars are the mighty guardians of the Silver Wheel. They truly have borne witness to the records of Earth’s past. They accord with galactic consciousness of the Milky Way, and all the nuances of wisdom that her star world hold. We are purified and raised to higher consciousness by the Cedar. Breath in the aroma, the incense of its star codes, its subtle messages. Breathe in the delicate and beautiful frequencies: the soft azure mist of its soul light. Feel yourself purify and brighten, their stems of ancient stardust, their messages filtering through…These feathered leaves are ready to spill the Infinity presence of our wisdom to us at any moment. The fragranced serenity, the deep peace and protection, the sheltered depths of the Cedar forest…Your presence is awakening the ancient dormant codes, the sighs of dreamers that sleep within the trees. Crystalline codes of diamond brilliance are passing through you. The ancient ones are awakening. The Cedar trees are firing up once more with their ancient brilliance. They are once more becoming repositories of the galactic code…Through Love. Through the creative, immortal gestures of Love that comes to us in sudden inspiration, we are repairing our beautiful elemental Earth.” Silver Wheel By Elen Tompkins.
These Cedar Incense bundles were respectfully collected, from majestic cedar tress in Mt. Shasta, CA. Each made by hand with deep gratitude and loving intention.
Smudging is the practice of burning an herb or combination of herbs with the intent of cleansing and transmuting dissonant energies from oneself and one's space. Many indigenous cultures ritually burn herbs or incense as a means of cleansing and blessing the physical and spiritual bodies. A smudge mixture is created with herbs that have specific desirable qualities. The herbs are lit and the flame is blown out so that the herbs can slowly smolder. The resulting smoke is directed as needed to cleanse the body, space, healing tools and/or ceremonial objects.
Cedar trees are old, wise, and incredible spirits.
Cedar is a sacred tree that has been burned by many Native Americans for centuries in ceremonies of cleansing, clearing, and blessing. It is used during prayer and meditation to cleanse rooms and to clear the energy that builds up in crystals. In ritual, Cedar is often used in sweat lodge ceremonies. Thrown onto red-hot rocks, a small pinch of cedar can spark and release its clean, distinct, rich, earthy, woodsy aroma. The smoke of burning cedar is said to attract good spirits and eliminate negative energies.
